The Japanese customers of this project met in the Tokyo exhibition in March 2018. At the exhibition, CHIKO's high-quality solar mounting system products and unique bracket technology attracted the attention of customers. After in-depth understanding of the communication, the customers expressed their interest in CHIKO products. Great interest and strong cooperation intention. And in November 2018, he came to China to conduct a field inspection of CHIKO's Shanghai factory. On the day of the inspection, Japanese customer expressed great approval for CHIKO's solar mounting bracket products, technical advantages and various management systems, and signed contracts on the spot. After a series of preparations by both parties, the power station was officially put into commercial operation in March 2019.
The products of CHIKO S-U2V and T2VC solar mounting system used in this project are designed to be suitable for the ground of cement pier foundations and ground screw pile foundations. Galvanized materials offer excellent performance, providing long-lasting durability and a service life of more than 30 years. The aluminum T2VC system is made of anodized AL6005-T5, providing a lightweight solution. The flexibility and scalability of CHIKO's ground-level solar mounting bracket provide multiple ways for your installation and adapt to any configuration and any terrain. All parts are pre-cut and pre-drilled for easy assembly at the installation site, saving time and labor costs.
The project took only three weeks to complete from CHIKO's order processing to the client's Japanese project location. For the area where Kyushu Island experiences heavy rains around July every year, July 2019 is no exception. The customer called CHIKO to "report safety", and the power station was still safe after the baptism of the storm. I believe this is the best proof of CHIKO's solar mounting bracket quality!
