The project is a rooftop distributed Pv power generation, which takes less than two months from the transport of solar mounting bracket to the completion of the construction.
Before the construction of the project, CHIKO Solar engineers conducted on-site inspection of the roof structure of each factory. The CGN Giant Juhua Group is composed of a number of workshops, and the roof type is a pitched trapezoidal sheet metal roof. Through the understanding of the roof structure and the on-site construction situation, according to the force analysis of the every rail of 1.012 m span, the CHIKO's engineer finally determined the construction plan of the #22 rail solar mounting bracket system.
The main material of CHIKO section #22 Rail solar mounting system is the high-class anodized aluminum Al6005-T5, which is light in weight and can reduce the load on the roof. Combined with a waterproof EPDM rubber mat, no additional rail material is required for fast, simple and cost-effective installation.
CHIKO Solar have obtained product certifications, and management system endorsement granted and approved by leading testing agencies including UL SGS Gamcorp MCS Intertek, SPAD etc. Our product designs are based on the following Australian Standards and sections of Building Code of Australia relevant to structural issues.
