Therefore, in the design, the base of the bracket should not be arranged perpendicular to the drainage direction, and the drainage of the roof rainwater is not hindered. In addition, when the photovoltaic system is installed on the existing roof by directly placing the support base, the base does not have a relationship with the structural layer of the original roof. Therefore, in order to ensure the safety of the structure, the base must be placed smoothly and neatly. And need to take measures to fix, to avoid the phenomenon of overturning, slipping and so on. Since the pedestal and the structural layer do not have a relationship, it is difficult to install an additional waterproof layer, and the waterproof layer of the original roof should be preserved as much as possible to prevent leakage.
For the case where the original roof must be damaged, it is necessary to adapt to the local conditions and treat differently according to different situations.
For new buildings with concrete flat roofs or villa concrete sloping roofs (overlying tiles), bolts should be pre-embedded at the time of design and the roof should be waterproofed according to normal practices.
For existing buildings with concrete flat roofs or villa concrete slope roofs (overlying tiles), the roof structure should be confirmed first. When the photovoltaic module base is connected with the structural layer, the periphery of the metal embedded part of the base is waterproof and weak. If improperly treated, the rain easily leaks from the surrounding bolts to the structural layer, causing corrosion to the structural steel bars. , forming a safety hazard. Therefore, when setting the base of the PV module, the waterproof layer should be laid on the top of the base and the embedded parts of the metal, and sealed around the anchor bolts. The waterproof layer should be filled with waterproof sealant to isolate the rainwater from seeping. An additional waterproof layer should be added to the lower part of the pedestal. Even if the top of the pedestal leaks, the rain will not reach the structural layer.
For metal roof roofing, the steel structure of the photovoltaic system needs to penetrate the original waterproof layer and the profiled steel plate, and is fixed on the main steel structure of the building; then refer to the waterproofing method of metal roof roof to carry out steam insulation, heat preservation and waterproofing. deal with. For the local leakage point of the metal roof roof, it should be smeared with high-quality neutral weathering sealant; for the color steel plate with severe local corrosion, it needs to be replaced before installing the PV module.

3. Waterproof treatment at the perforation of the roof
For existing buildings with concrete flat roofs or villa concrete slope roofs, if chemical anchor bolts are used to fix the solar mounting bracket, the thickness of the protective layer or the surface layer should be confirmed first. For prefabricated slab roofs with a large bearing area per unit area, the façade fixing method of prefabricated cement piers can be used on the roof.
