Due to the expansion of renewable energy subsidy shortfall, wind power projects are already underway "to subsidize pilot project" ; PV project will achieve "subsidies" increasingly become the focus of discussions.
PV project cost per kilowatt is mainly affected by:
1 . levels of solar energy resources ;
2. investment levels ;
3. policy conditions ( such as tax breaks, low interest loans, cheap land, priority power generation ) the influence of three factors.
World 70% more than the PV modules and most of the inverters are produced in China and, therefore, on "investment" China has the absolute advantage.
In fact, solar energy resources well Abu Dhabi, PV project bid prices have been as low as 2.42 cents per kWh, and the winning bidder was Chinese enterprises.
